Job descriptionAWS : AWS SSO / Identity Center including AWS fedroles AWS IAM including programmatic accounts AWS Organizations and Policies Azure Cloud : Azure AD – Users Azure AD – Static, dynamic (attribute-based), and synced groups Azure AD – Service Principals and Enterprise Applications setup Azure AD – SCIM provisioning toward apps Azure RBAC Azure Management Groups Azure Cloud Identity or Access automation knowledge is preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) related role Strong understanding of identity provisioning concepts (onboarding, changes, offboarding) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences Experience working with ServiceNow in a Cloud IAM context Understanding of cloud security fundamentals (network, infrastructure, and application security) Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Flexible to work global hours
Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to application modernization projects by supporting multiple customers with environment support and cloud environment monitoring (e.g. AWS, Azure).
- Manage access in Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud.
- Analyze requests, finalize details, and prepare changes for non-standard requests.
- Work with Directory Services (AD on-prem and Azure AD).
- Support authentication services, privileged access management services, lifecycle management services, user management services, and zero trust access management services.
