Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure identity and access solutions across our enterprise systems. You will be responsible for managing user identities, access privileges, and authentication mechanisms, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Okta, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
• Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), and de-provisioning.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM systems for performance and security.
• Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other advanced security controls.
• Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to enforce access governance policies.
• Conduct regular audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
• Stay updated on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.
