We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (North) , with a preference for candidates located in Uttar Pradesh. This role is responsible for generating revenue through Taxbuddy.com with a focus on corporate tie-ups and top line growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and convert prospects into customers.
Explore business opportunities and guide the team to meet sales and revenue targets.
Monitor and report on sales activities to ensure alignment with goals.
Collaborate with the team to execute the go-to-market strategy.
Ensure customer satisfaction for corporate clients, focusing on retention and upselling.
Present products to potential clients and close deals.

Finbingo.com : A B2B platform white labeled for large banks, brokers, and other financial institutions. It offers a digital advisory service with minimal human intervention, reducing bias and errors.

Educational Qualifications
Graduate (any stream), Fresher or 1–2 year of experience in Sales.
Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or strategic management will be an add on.
Experience
Ability to set up lead generation teams and structure a proper sales funnel.
Experience in segments like HR, payroll, banking, or similar services is an advantage.
Exceptional candidates without prior experience will also be considered.
Skills
Sales Acumen : Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and beyond.
Relationship Management : Ability to leverage existing networks and establish new corporate relationships.
Responsible, dedicated, and open to working under leadership.
Ready to work in a team and take directions from the manager.
Hindi and English, are crucial for customer engagement.
