Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive focusing on B2B Growth & Client Acquisition. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and overseeing the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong communication channels with clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential D2C / eCommerce clients across India, the Middle East, and the U.S.
Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, cold email, and outbound campaigns.
Schedule and manage discovery calls for Raexel’s leadership team.
Maintain CRM records (HubSpot / Notion / Airtable) for lead tracking.
Support in creating proposals and follow-ups to close deals.
Requirements
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Strong Business acumen and Account Management experience
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or Lemlist.
Understanding of e-commerce or performance marketing is a plus.
Motivated by goals and eager to learn the client acquisition strategy.
1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in an agency or marketing setup.
