• The candidate will have a strategic role in leading, managing, and expanding the company's technology initiatives. This executive position demands a technical expert with extensive knowledge of travel technology and a successful history of leading high-performing software engineering teams.
• The position will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with other executives to develop a technology vision and strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth plans.
• Candidates should have minimum experience of 15 yrs to maximum 18 yrs in software development, particularly in creating and delivering large-scale B2C digital products. A solid background in mobile and web technologies, is essential.
• Experience in the travel technology sector is highly desirable. Specialization in the Airline industry is mandatory.
• Strong people management skills are also necessary to lead, motivate, and develop a talented technology team.
