Technical Delivery Manager

Summary : We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead global supply chain technology initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in software development and project delivery, particularly in enterprise and supply chain systems.

About the Role : You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology projects, acting as the key liaison between development teams and global stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while driving engineering excellence and process improvements.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage global supply chain tech projects from initiation to completion.

Collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders and development teams.

Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and engineering best practices.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain documentation and playbooks.

Qualifications :

15+ years in software development and technical project / delivery management.

Required Skills :

Expertise in legacy system modernization and API-first architecture.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and modern frameworks.

Deep understanding of SDLC, code reviews, and quality assurance practices.

Proven ability to manage risks, resources, and team workloads.

Experience in change management and technology adoption.

Familiarity with AI code agents (e.g., Cursor, Augment Code).

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with supply chain or ERP systems.

Understanding of supply chain business rules and optimization.

Knowledge of secure coding and application security.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and performance monitoring tools.
