Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager with strong experience in Cloud, AI / ML, and Data Engineering to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise solutions.
This role demands hands-on involvement in technology discussions, solution architecture reviews, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Delivery & Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI / ML, Cloud, and Data engineering projects.
- Define project scope, delivery milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams and ensure alignment with client and business objectives.
- Oversee technical delivery teams and ensure best practices are followed across development, testing, and deployment.
- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical direction across projects involving AWS / Azure / GCP, Machine Learning models, Data Pipelines, and Analytics platforms.Collaborate with architects and solution leads to design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.Ensure seamless integration between AI models, data pipelines, and business applications.Drive innovation by introducing emerging technologies in AI, GenAI, and DataOps.Stakeholder & Team Management
Partner with business leaders, clients, and internal teams to define solution strategy and delivery roadmaps.Manage and mentor cross-functional delivery teams including data engineers, ML engineers, and cloud developers.Act as the single point of contact for client delivery updates and escalation management.Facilitate communication between onsite / offshore teams for effective execution.Process & Governance
Establish and maintain strong delivery governance practices.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and cloud best practices.Track and report KPIs, delivery metrics, and project health to leadership teams.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications :
12–14 years of total experience with at least 5 years in delivery or technical management roles.Strong technical background in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Data Engineering, and AI / ML project delivery.Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation of data-driven and AI-powered enterprise solutions.Hands-on understanding of technologies such as :Data : Spark, Python, SQL, Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, or Azure SynapseAI / ML : TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, OpenAI APIs, or Azure MLCloud : AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelinesStrong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and DevOps-based delivery.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving ability.Please feel free to share your resume to mohanaprasath.ponnusamy@kumaran.com
