Job descriptionLead and manage international B2B business operations, with a primary focus on South East Asia- Handle and develop strong relationships with international distributors, ensuring achievement of business targets.- Take direct responsibility for driving sales, revenue growth, and market expansion.- Manage a diverse product portfolio including : - Pain Management- Cardiovascular (CVD)- Central Nervous System (CNS) Products- Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand distributor networks.- Develop and execute effective business strategies and commercial plans for the region.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements in international markets.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to support business operations.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong background in international B2B sales and distribution management.- Proven experience handling South East Asia markets- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English.- Strategic thinker with ability to take initiatives and drive results.- Willingness to travel extensively for business requirements.- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multicultural stakeholders.Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration, or related field.- MBA preferred.Interested Candidate may share their CV on : -
