Job Title : Deputy Manager - Materials Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing demand supply and inventory efficiently along with enhancing customer experience .

What You Will Do :

Develop and manage supply plans including demand inventory and capacity planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations quality logistics procurement) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Analyze supply chain constraints lead times and inventory levels to manage supply plans.

Develop and manage material requirements plans including material procurement and inventory management

Collabrate with CSR / Program team in maintaining customer communcations

Partner with Finance & engage stakeholders in developing monthly Business Estimates

Collabrate with stakeholders for SIOP and & supply Plan inputs

Maintain and manage Master Data Integrity

Identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives in.

What You Will Learn :

Exposure to High class Manufacturing work systems and flow

Qualifications You Must Have :

B. E in Electronics / Mechanical with 9-12 Years experience in Production Planning profile managing demand / supply & inventory

At least 2-3 Years of SAP Experience in Planning and supply chain background

Strong analytical skills ability to solve problem systematically

Excellent communication and presentation skills .

Exposure in SIOP with forecasting and demand planning

Qualifications We Prefer :

Experience in Fast Paced Manufacturing set-ups preferably in electronics background

Experience with supply chain planning software (e.g. SAP KINAXIS Tableau) and Excel

Good knowledge of MRP Validation process and good exposure in Intercompany planning
