Job descriptionLead, coach, and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Oversee daily operations of retail stores within the designated area to ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation. Coordinate with store managers to ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and business growth. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, in the retail sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.
