About the Role :
Were hiring a proactive Business Development Manager focused on building strong relationships with Prime Vendors who directly support end clients in the US. The goal is simple bring new contracting opportunities expand our prime vendor network and strengthen our presence in the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and onboard Prime Vendors who work directly with end clients .
Generate and manage contracting opportunities through calls emails and LinkedIn outreach.
Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with key vendor partners.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure quick and quality submissions.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly business targets.
Requirements :
36 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Business Development / Vendor Management .
Strong existing network with Prime Vendors supporting direct clients.
Excellent English communication relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in US time zones .
Self-driven result-oriented and target-focused professional.
