Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Budge Budge-I. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, support real estate transactions, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating property rents, leases, sales, and purchases; supervising property listings and updates; analyzing market trends; and supporting smooth communication between stakeholders. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in decision-making, team collaboration, and achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in property management, client relationship building, and market analysis
• Proficiency in supervising rent, lease, sales, and purchase transactions for properties
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate consultancy or property management is highly desirable
• Familiarity with the Kolkata real estate market is an added advantage
