Job Overview :

EFRAC is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and strengthen its QA systems within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. The role involves ensuring compliance with international quality standards, managing audits, driving continual improvement, and upholding the highest levels of quality and reliability across all laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• ISO Compliance : Ensure adherence to ISO 17025 (Testing & Calibration Laboratories) and ISO 9001 : 2017 (Quality Management Systems).
• Audit Management : Lead internal and external audits, coordinate with regulatory bodies, and ensure timely closure of findings.
• SOP Management : Develop, review, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures across testing, inspection, and certification activities.
• CAPA : Initiate and oversee Corrective and Preventive Actions for non-conformances and audit findings.
• LIR & OOS Handling : Manage Laboratory Incident Reports (LIRs) and Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, ensuring effective investigation and documentation.
• GLP Compliance : Ensure operations follow Good Laboratory Practices, maintaining traceability and data integrity.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay current with applicable national and international regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Quality Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in QA systems, processes, and documentation for enhanced reliability and efficiency.
