Compliance Director

advanced certifications(CHC, CCEP), degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Analytics or related field strongly preferred. 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or operations role. Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements and industry codes (e.G., IMC, FDA, EMA, EFPIA, PhRMA). Proven experience managing global teams and complex, matrixed organizations. Strong strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. High ethical standards and sound judgment in navigating compliance challenges. Proficiency in compliance systems and tools, data analytics, and reporting platforms.
