Assistant Manager (SCF / Unsecured Lending)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Identify sales opportunities for the Unsecured Loans, mainly Supply Chain Financing products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships.
- Generate fresh leads through self sourcing / references.
- Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face to face.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
- Develop relationship with MSME Associations, Industry Associations, CAs, DSAs, Connectors and Corporates to leverage business.
- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
- Ability to drive "sales targets" of multiple loan products - Sales Bill Discounting, Purchase Bill Discounting, Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, Revenue Based Financing, Unsecured Business Loans, etc.
- Will be responsible from file login stage to disbursement stage, must align with internal policies & take care of compliances at every step of the process.
- Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers and according to dynamic credit team requirements.
- Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
