Assistant Manager - Project Finance

Responsible for Fund Raising, Debt Management, Debt Servicing, Working Capital, and day-to-day banking interface for all activities Project Finance modeling, documentation, security creation.

2. Day to day coordination with Banks, Financial Institutions, Credit rating agencies, legal counsels.

3. Ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained across various project entities (SPVs)

4. Closely work with internal teams (accounts, tax, legal, secretarial) in managing fund flows across assets

5. Ensure optimized financing across the existing portfolio of assets (leverage ratio, tenor, interest cost, covenants etc.)

6. Monitoring of financial covenants, ratings, IRRs and valuations

7. Knowledge of banking products : working capital facilities, bank guarantees, LCs, SBLCs.

8. Manage all aspects of compliances under FDI, ECB, and SEBI regulations for investments and funds infusion.

9. Provide technical and other support for M&A and other projects as needed.

• Understand loan documents in detail and hands-on with key clauses which are typical of project finance documents.
• Comfortable working in a small team set up, in an unstructured environment.
• Number savvy with an eye for detail.
