KEY DELIVERABLES :

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end book close activities related to supply chain operations.
• Post accruals for freight, customs duties, and other supply chain-related expenses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain functions.
• Analyze logistics, warehousing, and conversion costs.
• Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory provisions.
• Coordinate with AP, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve mismatches :
• In GRN value and Invoice Value
• Rectify mismatches between vendor invoices and GSTR2B entries.
• Review GR / IR accounts and clear open items before book closure.
• Monitor and clear open items in vendor ledgers, Custom Duty, related to supply chain transactions.
• Track open advances issued to vendors and its aging and ensure proper settlement against future invoices.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of vendor accounts, especially for OEM, logistics, freight, and

clearing agents.
