Role Overview
We are seeking a Legal Intern who will play a key role in legal research, drafting, and supporting product innovation in the legal-tech space. This role is designed for law students or recent graduates eager to strengthen their core legal skills while gaining practical exposure to how technology is reshaping the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research on statutes, judgments, and precedents to support product development and client queries.
- Assist in drafting contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents under supervision.
- Review internal and external documents for compliance, accuracy, and risk assessment .
- Prepare case studies and legal briefs showcasing the use of technology in practice.
- Collaborate with the team on knowledge management projects (summarizing judgments, curating precedents, annotating cases).
- Support business development activities such as preparing pitch decks and proposals (secondary responsibility).
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, events, and webinars aimed at legal professionals (optional).
What We're Looking For
Current law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year course / final year in a 3-year course) or recent law graduate.Strong legal drafting and research skills (preferred but not mandatory).Clear written and verbal communication.Interest in legal-tech, innovation in law, and emerging technologies.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Gain
