Role Overview :

This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working at the intersection of corporate law, technology, and compliance. You’ll work closely with our management team and external counsels to support corporate structuring, contracts, and governance initiatives — ensuring all business operations remain compliant with Indian and international laws.

The position requires initiative, clarity of thought, and the ability to translate complex legal frameworks into practical business steps.

Key Responsibilities :

Corporate Legal & Governance

• Draft, review, and maintain board resolutions, company policies, contracts, and internal governance documentation.
• Ensure statutory compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate regulations.
• Liaise with ROC, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed.
