Job Title : Legal Intern

Duration :

1 to 3 months (minimum commitment)

Location : Bengaluru

Looking for interns who has experience in Coporate Legal work.

NOTE : Apply only if you are based out in Bangalore and available to Join Immediate

Eligibility Criteria :

Law students in their third year or higher of a five-year undergraduate program (BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB), third year or higher of a three-year LLB program, or currently enrolled in a master's program in Business, Company, or Corporate Law.

Key Responsibilities :

Drafting and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs, obtaining signatures, and escalating deviations from Alten’s standard parameters.

Analyzing contract requirements, terms, conditions, and other content to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Conducting research on regulatory updates and revisions to ensure adherence to updated laws and regulations.

Supporting the due diligence process and coordinating compliance screening of third parties.

Maintaining vendor or customer contract repository and trackers.

Coordinating with different departments to collect and analyze compliance data.

Skill Requirements :

Academic Performance :

Minimum of 65% or 7.5 SGPA and above in each semester. For CGPA, a minimum of 8.0 is required.

Core Skills :

Strong legal acumen, research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and effective time management.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

Networking and experience interacting with stakeholders and external service providers (lawyers, company secretaries).

Prior experience in contract drafting, review, and redlining will be an advantage.

Stipend :

This is an honorary internship.

Certification :

Upon successful completion, interns will receive a certificate of participation, recognizing their contributions and skills gained during the program.
