About the Company :

Practo is a leading digital healthcare platform that connects millions of patients to healthcare professionals, providing an array of services, such as appointment booking, online consultation, digital prescriptions, and home-care services. With a mission to make healthcare accessible and affordable, Practo endeavors to simplify the healthcare journey for patients and doctors with innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, train and scale inside sales team to achieve defined targets on onboarding providers onto Practo.
  • Work on developing sales pitch, pricing options and outreach methods for sales team
  • Track and analyze sales data to improve processes and performance.
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects for the organization
  • Daily reporting on Sales tools
  • Maintain high quality of customer service and communicate product and user feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Work with business team to develop strategies to upsell product and improve company topline
  • Take responsibility for goal setting, feedback and appraisal for inside sales team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3-6 years of overall experience in Inside Sales minimum 1-2 years in a team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive team targets in a high-volume call environment.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and performance dashboards.
