Scope :

An Inside Sales Team Manager oversees the performance and development of the Inside Sales team, which will be responsible for selling Akkodis services remotely, typically via phone, email, or online platforms for the North America market. The scope includes Develop and implement sales strategies, overseeing campaigns, setting targets, coaching and motivating team members, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective use of CRM tools. He / She will collaborate with Akkodis marketing and field sales teams to generate leads, drive conversions, and maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally, analyse sales data to identify trends, improve strategies, and report on performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Akkodis North America goals.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales metrics, generate performance reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to ensure readiness and productivity.
  • Drive process improvements and adoption of sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.

Required qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role of managing Inside sales team.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business or Marketing
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in IT, engineering services, or staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Experience working with North American clients.
  • Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC.
  • Exposure to global sales operations and remote team management.
  • Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io.
