Roles & Responsibilites

• Overall responsible for programme management of SCM activities at Circle level as per agreed SCM Scope Coordination for stock availability at Circle / State / City Warehouse (as per specified Location) as per project roll out schedule in its respective Area
• Forecasting of vehicle requirement to 3PL Aligning forecasting of road permits / waybill / entry tax / octroi with 3PL to Vodafone Idea Physical verification of stock as per RAM and necessary escalations if required Ensure GRN to be created by Vodafone Idea for the inspected approved material received at Circle Warehouse
• Coordinate with SIELs National Warehouse Manager for stock movement STO (Stock Transfer Order) creation in SAP Coordinate with Local supplier for shipment delivery at warehouse Ensure that Samsung materials and supporting equipments are kept in order by Vodafone Idea Ensure availability of MW, Antenna & CSS in warehouse as per eNodeB and IM stock
• Monthly reconciliation and sign off with Vodafone Idea for defined inventory consumption and stock available at warehouse Managing 3PL for transportation related activities till site Coordinate with 3PL agency for vehicle availability Coordinate with 3PL agency for site delivery MIN (Material Issue Note) creation in SAP Update SIELs respective Regional Logistics Manager about MIN execution status
• Supervision of kitting & packing by Solpar Arrangement of required warehouse resource from Vodafone Idea to Solpar for kitting & packing Ensure that Solpar / resources coming for kitting and packing are with proper tools and packing materials Inspection of packed material by Solpar / resources and ensure the complete material is packed as per site requirement / BOM
• Ensure handover of Vodafone Ideas initiated and prepared transit documents (Complete and correct) to 3PL Coordinate with Solpar for site delivery Update SIELs respective Regional Logistics Manager about any issues and escalations if any Inward & outward update All activities related to reverse logistics including MRN / BTN creation, getting it approved and finalisation
• Ensure to have update from 3PL for tracking of stock in transit Tracking and submission of used road permits / waybill and tax receipts if any by 3PL Verification of transporter Invoice wrt vehicle type and numbers as per agreed timeline Necessary escalations in case of any shortage, damages, loss, accident or theft at warehouse / transit / at site
• Reconciliation of material consumption at circle level ON Monthly basis Resource management as per agreed Organization at Circle level KPI monitoring, reporting & control as defined
