Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the entire talent acquisition function, ensuring timely and quality hiring across roles.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with client and organizational needs.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding manpower requirements and delivering solutions.
- Build strong talent pipelines and drive employer branding initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reporting for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field is preferable.3–8 years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in consulting.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.Team leadership and performance management experience.Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in ATS / HRMS systems and recruitment analytics.Apply now : sumati@rightadvisors.com
