Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by developing strong client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and ongoing business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations) to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of solutions.
- Understand client requirements, identify upsell opportunities, and drive product adoption.
- Track key account metrics, prepare reports, and share business insights with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering a “customer-first” approach.
- Support clients with day-to-day troubleshooting and guide them on Unicommerce product usage.
Required Skill Set
1–4 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing / Customer Success in SaaS, E-commerce, or Technology domains.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision makers.Good problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.Exposure to SQL, APIs, or technical troubleshooting is an added advantage.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management and coordination skills.Why Join Unicommerce?
