Job Summary :
Claight Corporation (Expert Market Research) is looking for a Spanish-speaking Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves engaging with Spanish-speaking clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective communication, solution presentation, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language proficiency, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Communication : Engage with Spanish-speaking clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Lead Generation : Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Sales Conversion : Present product and service offerings effectively, manage objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Market Research : Understand client industries, business trends, and competitive landscapes to tailor offerings.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and research teams to align sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- After-Sales Support : Ensure a seamless handover to customer support teams and follow up to maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in inside sales, international sales, or business development roles.Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.Strong understanding of B2B sales and client engagement practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment.Skills Required
