Job Purpose The Agile Release Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end release management process within an Agile development environment.

This role involves coordinating, planning, and executing software releases while ensuring alignment with Agile principles and practices.

The Agile Release Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient and timely delivery of software products to customers, while maintaining a high level of quality and stability.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the release management process, ensuring seamless coordination between development, testing, and deployment teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Operations team, Engineering Managers, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to establish release goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Plan and execute release schedules, including sprint and product increment releases, while considering interdependencies and potential risks.
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate release activities, including version control, build management, deployment, testing, and monitoring of software applications across various environments.
