Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple SaaS initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, scope control, and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and QA teams to define technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Own and manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile / Scrum methodology).
• Track project progress using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Linear, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate risk management, change control, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on goals, milestones, and timelines, especially between product and technical teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and team velocity through retrospectives and data-driven feedback loops.
• Coordinate go-to-market readiness with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams for feature or product launches.
• Handle vendor coordination, compliance requirements, and technical documentation (if Qualifications & Skills :
• 4 to 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in a SaaS or product-driven company.
• Proven track record managing software development projects using Agile / Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), DevOps processes, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with modern project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Figma, Productboard, Miro) and APIs.
• Technical background or experience working with engineering teams; ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery and Skills (Bonus Points) :
• Background in software engineering or computer science.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
• Familiarity with AI / ML, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2), or security-focused projects.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics like churn, ARR, CAC, NRR.
