Staff Business System Analyst

Job descriptionFacilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning , Retrospectives , and Daily Standups . Support Program Increment (PI) planning and backlog grooming activities. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features. Work in partnership with design teams using Figma to create prototypes, mockups, and wireframes as needed. Ensure user-centric design principles are integrated into business requirements and development processes. Present business findings and recommendations through engaging presentations and reports. Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Documentation
- Lead requirement elicitation , gap analysis , and documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) , Functional Specification Documents (FSD) , use cases , and flow diagrams .
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct 3-Amigos sessions to align stakeholders on requirements and deliverables.
