Job Description :
- Role Overview : Act as a liaison between marketing teams, partner organizations, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring effective marketing automation and CRM system utilization.
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and partner engagement processes.
- Marketing Automation & CRM : Support and optimize marketing automation tools such as Marketo and HubSpot, and CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Campaign Tracking & Analytics : Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics, campaign performance, and partner engagement analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Project Management & Collaboration : Participate in professional project teams, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and track progress using tools such as Jira or other agile management platforms.
- Communication & Documentation : Maintain clear and detailed documentation, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate smooth workflow across teams.
- Technical Proficiency : Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, flowcharting tools) to support reporting, analysis, and presentation needs.
- Compliance & Certification : Maintain SFDC Admin certification or demonstrate equivalent Salesforce administration experience.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 5 years in business analysis or project teams with exposure to marketing systems and CRM platforms.Education : Bachelor's degree required.Skills : Strong analytical, strategic thinking, time management, multitasking, and communication skills.Skills Required
