Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef specializing in Continental, Mediterranean, Spanish, or Indian cuisine (for other outlets). The position is based in Bengaluru. The Junior Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and presentation. They will ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, manage inventory, and oversee kitchen staff to maintain a high standard of culinary excellence.
