We are looking for an experienced South Indian Sous Chef to join Kingston Hotel. The role will start in Bengaluru for a 4-month training period, after which the candidate will relocate to Delhi to head the kitchen operations of our upcoming large-format South Indian QSR . Able to recruit 15 staff for operations in Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen operations with a strong focus on authentic South Indian cuisine
- Plan, develop, and execute high-volume menus suitable for a QSR format
- Recruit, arrange, and manage a full kitchen team for Delhi operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, hygiene, and safety standards
- Oversee food cost control and efficient kitchen management
