Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef specializing in South Indian Cuisine, located in Bengaluru. The Sous Chef will assist in managing daily kitchen activities, including menu creation, food preparation, and quality control with a focus on South Indian dishes. Other responsibilities include training junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards, overseeing inventory management, and collaborating with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food presentation and taste.
