Requirements Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Provide basic and accurate information to visitors regarding the company and services. Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are ready for use. Assist with administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and handling correspondence. Maintain the reception area s cleanliness and professional appearance. Handle incoming and outgoing courier / mail. Manage and monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
