Your Mission

We are looking for a  Sales & Marketing Lead  to grow  our customer base and social media presence , especially in countries with strong NRI communities like the  USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia .

Your goal is simple but powerful :

→ Drive traffic. Grow followers. Convert visitors into loyal customers.

What You’ll Do

• Create and execute marketing strategies to target NRIs globally and customers in India.
• Grow our  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and others  – organically and via ads
• Set up email marketing flows (welcome, festivals, abandoned cart, etc.)
• Run  Meta Ads and Google Ads  focused on traffic and conversions
• Research country-specific trends (festivals, gifting seasons) and build campaigns around them
• Collaborate on content (reels, posts, influencer shoutouts, festival tips, etc.)
• Track and report weekly on KPIs : traffic, sales, followers, and conversion rates
