Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead / Creative & Brand Marketing Manager to own and drive the creative and organic side of our marketing. This role will shape Curapod’s brand positioning, lead our social and community presence, and manage the creative output across content, design, and campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building a strong, relatable brand identity while ensuring consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.

You’ll manage our Social Media Marketing (SMM) executive and collaborate closely with the content and design teams to deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

Define and strengthen Curapod’s brand positioning, voice, and identity across channels.

Lead strategy and execution for organic marketing : social media, community building, content, and partnerships.

Oversee and guide the social media executive , ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely execution.

Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative campaigns, blogs, videos, and brand assets.

Own content strategy : approve blogs, research new content topics, and ensure alignment with brand goals.

Build and nurture an engaged community of Curapod users (UGC, testimonials, advocacy, groups).

Analyse performance of organic channels, track engagement metrics, and optimize based on insights.

Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for Curapod to stand out.

Work closely with the growth / paid marketing team to ensure a consistent brand experience across paid and organic.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or social media leadership roles (preferably D2C, consumer tech, wellness, or lifestyle brands).

Strong understanding of brand storytelling, content strategy, and social media ecosystems .

Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into campaigns that drive engagement.

Hands-on experience with social media platforms, community management, and influencer collaborations .

Ability to manage and mentor a small team (SMM, content, design).

Analytical mindset – able to measure creative effectiveness and optimize accordingly.

Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
