Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist (SEO & Google Ads) located in Gurugram. The role involves managing and optimizing SEO strategies, developing and monitoring Google Ads campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, and conducting performance testing to achieve marketing objectives. The chosen candidate will work closely with the marketing team to ensure ROI-driven outcomes and a strong online presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Data Analysis skills to assess campaign performance and uncover actionable insights
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing to optimize marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present data-driven recommendations
• Familiarity with SEO strategies and tools, as well as proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and deliver results under deadlines
• Relevant experience in digital marketing or performance marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
