About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in generating measurable sales through client websites. The ideal candidate has previously worked with product-based brands in a marketing agency environment, understands the full funnel of digital marketing, and can plan, execute, optimize, and present high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and others as required.
- Drive website sales and conversions, ensuring targeted ROAS and CPA goals are met.
- Work closely with product-based clients to understand their consumer journey, product insights, and brand goals.
- Create effective media plans, budget allocations, and performance strategies for multiple clients.
- Execute end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, creative coordination, and tracking implementation.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and produce insightful reports with clear recommendations.
- Use analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, GA4, etc.) to understand user behavior and funnel drop-offs.
- Collaborate with internal creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaign consistency.
- Present campaign outcomes, learnings, and next steps with excellent clarity and structure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing.Must have worked with product-based clients in an agency setup.Strong track record of driving online sales or conversions through paid campaigns.Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing).Strong understanding of digital platforms, pixel / tracking setup, attribution, and campaign optimization principles.Ability to create structured media plans and forecast results.Proficiency with analytics dashboards and campaign management tools.Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in problem solving.
