We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who lives and breathes numbers, thrives on Meta Ads, understands buyer psychology, and is obsessed with ROAS. Who also need to have knowledge of Google Ads. If you've scaled campaigns for D2C brands, especially with high AOV, and understand the pulse of creative testing, funnel strategy, and full-funnel metrics — we want you on our team.

🔥 Responsibilities
Plan, strategize, and execute full-funnel Meta campaigns (ABO / CBO) with strong CAC & ROAS goals.Build, lead, and mentor a 2-member performance team across paid media and funnel optimization.Deeply understand and leverage Meta Ads Algorithm changes and use it to improve delivery and efficiency.Work closely with creative, branding, and product teams to build thumb-stopping ad creatives and landing experiences.Own and drive end-to-end ad funnel : audience segmentation, creative direction, A / B testing, copywriting support, and budget scaling.Implement pixel integrations, conversion API (CAPI), UTM parameters, and event-based attribution models.Constantly review, analyze, and act on data via Meta Manager, Shopify, Google Analytics, Looker, and Heatmaps (Lucky Orange / Hotjar).Strategize BOFU, MOFU, TOFU campaigns to engage customers across the buying journey.Provide weekly reports on ad performance, ad fatigue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, CTRs, AOV, etc.Recommend UX / UI enhancements for website CRO , ensuring better funnel navigation and reducing bounce rates.🧠 Must-Have Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for D2C brands. High AOV brand experience is a big plus .Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager , CBO vs ABO strategy, pixel / CAPI setup, and attribution.Mastery in audience segmentation, retargeting logic , and campaign structuring.Knowledge of Shopify ecosystem + GA4 tracking + Interakt / WhatsApp flows.Excellent grasp of conversion funnels, landing page flows , and UX / UI best practices .Proficiency with tools like Excel, Meta Reporting Suite, Looker Studio, or similar dashboards .Hunger to own performance KPIs , experiment rigorously, and scale like a founder.Clear communication, data-backed thinking, and a bias toward speed with accountability .✅ Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
Experience scaling campaigns with ₹20L–₹50L+ monthly spends.Knowledge of Google Ads / YouTube Ads is a plus.Should have knowledge of PPC Ads specially for AmazonWorked in early-stage D2C startup teams and understands what “wearing multiple hats” means.Familiarity with Funnel Automation , Interakt flows , or HubSpot for lead nurturing.Understanding of email / SMS retargeting flows via MailerLite, Klaviyo, or similar.🌟 Why Join Us?
