to lead our digital initiatives. The candidate will own the entire digital performance strategy— from campaign ideation to execution, tracking, optimization, and reporting.

This role requires deep expertise in

real estate digital marketing , paid campaigns, multichannel remarketing, and data-driven decision-making to

generate high-quality leads

and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Strategy

• Design, execute, and

optimize Google Ads

(Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads : TrueView In-Stream, Discovery, Shorts) and Meta Ads campaigns.

cross-platform remarketing campaigns

(Google Display Network, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn).

UTM tracking for source , medium, campaign, term, and content.

maximize lead nurturing and conversions .

Multi-Channel Marketing & Engagement

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

advanced tracking

(events, goals, conversions, remarketing pixels).

analyze campaign performance

using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, Watagraph

performance dashboards

with ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics.

A / B testing for creatives , ad copies, and CTAs to improve CTR and conversion rates.

Creative & Innovation

market trends

and customer insights.

Leverage AI tools

(ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) for faster creative production.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years

of digital marketing experience

(Real Estate sector is mandatory).

Google Ads bidding strategies

(tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions, Enhanced CPC).

ROI optimization , and lead generation.

analytics platforms

(GA4, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, Whatagraph, Domo).

customer journeys , and attribution models.

UTM tagging , campaign tracking, and conversion attribution.

automation workflows

in WhatsApp, Email, and CRM integration.
