About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, analytics, and campaign management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid campaigns).
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.
Oversee website optimization, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
Plan, create, and monitor engaging content for social media and blogs.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement SEO best practices.
Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM tools.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements :
5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B / B2C sectors.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign optimization.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously.
Education :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) are a plus.
