Job Description

Manage and maintain server infrastructure (Windows, Linux) including hardware and operating systems.

Administer and troubleshoot virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Monitor system performance and availability, responding to alerts and resolving issues.

Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Manage and secure Azure Active Directory and identity management systems.

Automate routine tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Graph API and Microsoft Power Applications).

Experience in Azure, Okta (SSO and provisioning mechanisms) and RBAC.

Participate in infrastructure projects, including planning, implementation, and documentation.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for infrastructure-related issues.

Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in infrastructure management.

Advanced Skillsets towards MDM(both Intune and Jamf Pro) - Package and Policy deployments.

Networking concepts, Azure Virtual networking experience is an added advantage.

Experienced in IAM security concepts and Privileged identity management.

Qualifications

Intermediate understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux distributions).

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure VDIs).

Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Experience with Azure Active Directory administration.

Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash).

Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies.

Experience with monitoring tools,incident management and change management.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose infrastructure-related issues.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
