What youll do
As a Performance Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a critical role in improving the ROI and performance of our paid digital campaignsYour focus will be on optimizing campaigns that support our self-serve and sales effortsBy leveraging analytics and performance insights, you will ensure that our digital campaigns are performing effectively, driving demand, and contributing to revenue growthYou will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing teams regional channel leads and broader Growth Marketing teams to enhance our paid media efforts through data-driven insights and campaign managementResponsibilities
Campaign Optimizations : support regional channel leads with campaign measurement, and optimizationEnsure campaigns are aligned with performance targets to generate and accelerate the sales pipeline and overall company revenueCampaign Analysis : Analyze and assess the effectiveness of paid campaignsAdvocate for reallocating budget towards high-performing campaigns and identify underperforming areas for improvementOptimization Plans : Proactively identify weaknesses in the current paid program and develop actionable plans to address these areas, enhancing overall campaign performancePerformance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor key performance metrics (such as Suspects, MQLs, SQOs, Signups, Go-lives, pipeline, and revenue) and report on campaign performance regularly to stakeholdersProvide actionable insights to enhance overall effectivenessMarket Optimization : Focus on uncovering and analyzing local market performance trends to enhance overall campaign effectivenessMonitor local campaigns closely and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and testing to achieve better resultsWho you are

8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in paid digital and direct responseExpertise in being able to execute across multiple ad platforms : e g Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Display ad platformsHave paid digital acumen and a foundation on best practices (targeting, ad formats, optimization levers) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality)Advanced analytical skills; ability to analyze trends and decipher actionable insights from dataSelf starter; ability to juggle and drive multiple workstreams forward with minimal oversightExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with overseas teamsExperience with SQL and / or data visualization toolsPreferred Qualifications
10+ years of work experience10+ years of paid digital experience, preferably in paid social / display / search and direct response5+ years of B2B marketing experienceIn-office expectations
