CREATIVE DIRECTOR - DESIGN, 3D, SHOOTS
Key Responsibilities :
1. Creative Vision and Strategy : - Develop and articulate the creative vision and direction for the brand. - Translate objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies. - Stay updated with current industry trends and creative techniques. - Ensure that the team's creative work aligns with the brand and meets requirements.
2. Team Leadership and Management : - Lead and inspire a team of 7 experienced creative professionals, including videographers, 3D artists, and designers.- Provide clear creative direction and guidelines to the team members.- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.- Conduct regular team meetings and reviews to monitor progress and provide feedback.- Develop the skills and talents of the team through mentorship and training opportunities.
3. Project Conceptualization and Development : - Collaborate with various internal teams (production, e-comm, performance marketing) to understand project objectives and requirements. - Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas. - Develop storyboards, mood boards, and other visual references to communicate the creative vision. - Articulate and sell creative concepts to the various internal teams. - Ensure that the creative concepts align with business goals and brand identity.
4. Quality Control and Creative Execution : - Oversee the execution of creative concepts throughout the production process. - Provide artistic and technical guidance to the team - Review and approve final materials, ensuring high quality and adherence to the creative vision. - Ensure consistent and impactful visual outcomes. - Monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are met. - Conduct quality control checks to maintain the team's creative standards.
5. Creative Branding and Marketing : - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the brand's creative branding and identity. - Ensure consistency in the brand's visual assets, including its website, portfolio, and promotional materials. - Contribute to marketing campaigns by providing creative insights and concepts.
6. Collaterals : Responsible for art direction of digital static and video content, social media content, web UI, static & video ads, photoshoots, packaging, inserts, etc
Must Haves :
Experience working in the D2C space. Must have experience working in creative direction for D2C brands in marketing, content and branding.
