Job Title : Creative Director - Art

Creative Director - Art :
To lead the visual and aesthetic direction across brands. You will be responsible for driving concept development, leading creative teams, ensuring world-class execution, and working closely with internal and client stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of design, storytelling, and cross-platform campaign thinking, with the ability to mentor and elevate the work of the entire art team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creative & Visual Leadership : Lead the visual language and art direction across integrated campaigns – from print and digital to film, AV, and experiential. Ensure all creative outputs maintain a high standard of craft and consistency.
- Conceptual Development : Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms that are rooted in insight and executed with finesse.
- Client Collaboration : Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, offering a strategic rationale. Build trust through clear communication, creative passion, and a collaborative mindset.
- Team Management & Mentorship : Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers. Foster a culture of creative excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning.
- Executional Excellence : Supervise all stages of production including shoots, animation, editing, and post-production to ensure creative integrity is maintained through delivery.
- Cross-functional Coordination : Work closely with copy, strategy, tech, production, and account management teams to bring ideas to life cohesively across all media.
Requirements :
Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.Proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.Strong command over design fundamentals.Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.Confident in handling large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.Hard Skills : Adobe Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, AE, Premier Pro, Midjourney / AI
