Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include generating leads, managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve identifying potential business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Calling and following up with clients
  • Preparing and sending proposals / quotations
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating with the sales team
  • Managing customer relationships and resolving basic queries
  • Assisting with order processing and sales documentation

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of sales coordination experience (IT industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and MS Office skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle client coordination efficiently
