Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience including :4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high performing and engaged teams1+ years in transformation experience in people, process or technology transformationExperience with change management, business analysis, or process analysisProven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives, encompassing areas such as inclusion and belonging, skills development, talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and overall talent optimizationExperience leading the people side of change for technologistsProven experience leveraging customer insights and feedback to continuously refine strategies and enhance business solutionsExperience working to define, collaborate and deliver outcomesExcellent communication skills, both orally and in writingExperience communicating with a wide spectrum of cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, and influencing without authorityStrong business and technology acumenOrganizational agilityPreferred :
