Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – UAE Market

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with strong expertise in closing senior and leadership-level positions and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for UAE-based roles . It will be a strong advantage if the candidate has prior experience managing UAE-based hiring and understands the local market dynamics, talent landscape, and employment practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions across departments.
• Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, job requirements, and sourcing strategies.
• Source and attract top talent using , job portals, referrals, and GCC-focused channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency evaluations.
• Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers across geographies.
• Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws , visa regulations , and company policies.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other hiring partners.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and integration of new hires.
