The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives, engage with industry professionals, and support our organizations growth in renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to renewable energy roles to meet organizational hiring goals.
• Source candidates through industry-specific channels, including online platforms, industry events, university partnerships, and professional networks.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical skills to identify the best fit for technical, managerial, and support positions in renewable energy.
• Promote the organizations employer brand within the renewable energy industry to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive experience and clear communication.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and HR colleagues to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on talent trends, skills demand, and competitive compensation packages within the renewable energy sector.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and organizational recruitment policies, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives by attracting candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization and renewable energy Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the renewable energy or technical sector.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy industry roles, skills, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
