Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 50–60, setting objectives and providing feedback.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies.
- Optimize dialer systems for outbound campaigns.
- Conduct regular briefing for team members.
- Ensure excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Monitor team leaders' performance and support them.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless sales processes.
- Implement quality assurance and maintain customer service standards.
Requirements :
5–6 years of experience in sales (outbound).Proven experience managing a large team (50–60 members).Experience in digital / online sales is a plus.Additional language proficiency is advantageous.Skills Required
